The Human Development and Training Department at Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Foundation holds an awareness session entitled: Awareness Housing Sessions: “Housing is a Right, Not Just a Commodity.”
Director of the Human Development and Training Department, Dr. Othman Hamas, presents a special awareness session for the displaced from the city of Derna.
The session focused on the psychological effects resulting from housing instability due to the long period of displacement, and how these factors affect the social and economic conditions of the displaced.
The session witnessed a wide attendance of a group of displaced people of different ages, who represent the hope of achieving a decent life and permanent housing stability.
