6 April 2024Tripoli – Libya Sheikh Al-Taher Foundation holds an Iftar banquet for orphans under the slogan “Your care is a trust” Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Foundation continues its continuous charitable efforts by organizing an iftar banquet for orphans, under the slogan “Your care is a trust”. More than 200 orphans from several families from Tripoli and Derna attended the iftar, and several Muslim communities participated in the iftar banquet, led by the Sudanese community in Libya, where a Takaful program was launched to care for orphans entitled “Success of Generations” that includes a range of activities and services aimed at improving the quality of life of orphans, by supporting them in the fields of education, health care, nutrition, in addition to psychological and social support. The program also includes sustainable projects aimed at providing a stimulating environment for the growth of orphans and their active participation in the development of society, and this event is part of a series of charitable activities carried out by the organization to ensure a decent life and a promising future for orphans.

31 March 2024Derna – Libya The Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi charity organization implements investment projects for the benefit of orphans The Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi charity organization has implemented investment projects for orphans to improve their living conditions and enable them to rely on themselves. Each family was supported with a financial sum of 8,000 dinars, and the Khadra Shops Project was implemented for the benefit of 8 orphan families, to enable them to manage their lives independently and achieve financial dependency, provide job opportunities, and motivate families to develop their projects. This initiative comes within the organization’s efforts to support orphans and provide a sustainable environment for them to live in dignity and independence.The implementation of social investment projects reflects the organization’s sustainable humanitarian and economic vision in achieving community development and supporting the neediest groups in society.

30 March 2024Tripoli, Libya The Board of Directors holds iftar for members of the Organisation The Board of Directors of The Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi organization held an iftar for members of the Organisation to discuss the Organisation’s challenges and consider future opportunities. The Chairman of the Council, Mr. Salem Al-Qammoudi, gave a speech entitled “Transforming Challenges into Opportunities”, in which he reviewed the accomplished work and prospects of Staco. During the speech, Al-Qammoudi focused on the main projects implemented by STACO during the past period and how to deal with the challenges facing the organization. as well as the successes and achievements that have been achieved and how to benefit from potential opportunities in the future. The iftar was an opportunity to share ideas and problems, discuss issues, and provide possible solutions.
