Chairman of the Board Holds Meeting with the Director General of the Syrian National Library

On the sidelines of Al-Zawi Printing and Publishing House’s participation in the Damascus International Book Fair, Eng. Salem Ramadan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation and General Manager of Al-Zawi Publishing House, met with the Director General of the Syrian National Library, Mr. Saeed Hijazi, in the capital, Damascus.
The meeting addressed ways to enhance cultural and knowledge-based cooperation between the two parties. They explored prospects for joint work in the fields of publishing, book preservation, and the exchange of expertise related to developing cultural content and supporting the knowledge movement across the Arab world.

During the discussions, the two parties highlighted the importance of opening communication channels that serve researchers and readers alike, while actively supporting cultural projects with a shared intellectual dimension.
This meeting comes as part of the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation and Al-Zawi Publishing House’s ongoing commitment to expanding their network of cultural relations. By fostering openness with Arab institutions dedicated to books and knowledge, the foundation aims to strengthen cultural cooperation and deeply serve the Arab intellectual landscape.
