The head of the European Union delegation to Libya praises STACO’s role in providing humanitarian aid throughout Libya.
The Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation team participates in the second edition of the Civil Society Organizations Exhibition, where the Foundation team presented presentations of the Foundation’s publications and publications, which include various books and volumes. In addition, it presented a guide to the Foundation’s activities over a period of ten years, from 2011 to 2021. To introduce our charitable and humanitarian work.
The Foundation’s team assured the attendees that our organization has obtained consultative status from the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations. It also explained the number of Foundation’s centers to visitors, explained the nature and objectives of each center, and shed light on its various activities.
A group of active local organizations participated in the exhibition, in addition to some international organizations. On the first day of the exhibition, His Excellency the Ambassador of the European Union to Libya visited the Foundation’s pavilion and learned about the role it plays in all fields, and received a copy of the activities guide. The institution is in English.
Finally, we would like to thank the organizers and supervisors of this event, which is considered an opportunity for communication and networking, and to unify efforts in order to continue humanitarian and civil work. We would also like to draw the attention of distinguished followers to the presence of the Foundation’s pavilion at the exhibition that offers a group of the Foundation’s publications for sale at prices suitable for everyone.
