Participation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the EDEX 2024 conference in Nairobi, Kenya
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi organization, Salem Al-Qammoudi, participated in the EDEX 2024 conference, which is the leading annual gathering of the aid and development sector in the region.
Al-Qammoudi stressed the commitment of The Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi organization to support and enhance humanitarian work at the international level and the importance of cooperation and coordination between the various parties to achieve positive and tangible results of aid and humanitarian development.
A group of international and local bodies related to humanitarian work, such as United Nations agencies and Red Cross Societies, also participated in the conference to enhance the exchange of experiences and knowledge, identify priorities and challenges facing the humanitarian sector, and develop joint action plans to achieve humanitarian goals.
