The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Foundation (staco) met with officials from the International Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations (AKFA) in Geneva. This meeting comes in support of the working mechanism to develop plans in the field of training for the cadres of the Sheikh Al-Taher Al-Zawi Foundation to keep up with the standards and specifications in humanitarian work, as well as holding seminars that Related to humanitarian work, which is what grants the Foundation membership in the United Nations, where Engineer Al-Qammoudi stressed the necessity of supporting capacity building, humanitarian and volunteer community work.
It is worth noting that ICVA is a global network of non-governmental organizations whose mission, since its founding in 1962, is to make humanitarian work more effective by working collectively and independently, as it includes under its umbrella 160 non-governmental organizations operating in 160 countries around the world.
