Sheikh Taher Azzawi Charitable Foundation Holds Extended Meeting with Libyan Ambassador to Moscow

As part of its official visit to Russia, a delegation from the Sheikh Taher Azzawi Charitable Foundation (STACO) held an extended meeting with His Excellency the Libyan Ambassador to Moscow to discuss ways to cooperate and strengthen the Foundation’s international presence, particularly in the areas of humanitarian diplomacy and academic and cultural cooperation.
The meeting reviewed the Foundation’s activities inside and outside Libya, and discussed prospects for coordination between the Foundation and the Libyan Mission in Russia to serve humanitarian, educational, and cultural communication issues. It also explored the possibility of building partnerships with active Russian institutions in the fields of research, development, and civil society.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening the humanitarian role of Libyan institutions in international forums and expanding cooperation with Libyan communities and stakeholders in Libya, contributing to supporting stability and development efforts both inside and outside Libya.
This meeting comes as part of STACO’s efforts to build a network of international strategic relationships that will enhance its humanitarian presence and open new horizons for cooperation across various knowledge and community sectors.
