Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation Continues to Provide Rental Support to Displaced People from Derna for the Fifth Consecutive Month
As part of its ongoing humanitarian response to displaced families from Derna, the Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation (STACO) continues to provide cash support to cover rental costs for more than 100 affected families for the fifth consecutive month. This support amounts to 975 Libyan dinars per family for the month of May 2025.
This support is part of the Rental Allowance Program launched by the Foundation in the wake of Hurricane Daniel. The program aims to alleviate the housing burden on displaced families in the western regions and enable them to achieve a degree of living stability.
The Foundation affirms its commitment to continuing to provide this type of assistance, reflecting its approach to supporting the most vulnerable groups and its effective contribution to enhancing social protection and achieving family security during humanitarian crises.
