“With a Child’s Smile, We Build the Future” – STACO Launches Back-to-School Project
As the new academic year begins, Sheikh Al-Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation reaffirms its mission to support education, driven by the belief that knowledge is the foundation upon which nations are built.
Through its seasonal initiative, “Back to School”, the foundation successfully distributed comprehensive school packages to orphans, displaced families from the city of Derna, and members of the Sudanese community in Libya.
Each student received:
A fully equipped school bag
A complete school uniform
Shoes and socks
Stationery supplies covering essential needs for the school year
Beyond providing material support, the foundation sought to create an uplifting and joyful atmosphere. Children were given the chance to personally choose their uniform sizes, turning the distribution into a memorable moment filled with excitement and pride as they prepared for the new school year alongside their peers.
The initiative’s goal extended beyond meeting educational needs—it was about bringing happiness to children’s hearts and reaffirming that they are an essential and valued part of their community.
We pray that this academic year will be one of success and achievement for all students across Libya.
