STACO Organises Training on Smart Institutional Planning in Abu Salim

The Human Resources Development and Training Department at Sheikh Al-Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Organisation (STACO) organised a specialised training course on Monday, 19 January, targeting employees of the Social Affairs Sector – Abu Salim Branch.
The course, titled:
“Smart Institutional Planning and Building Impactful Proposals: From Idea to Decision”,
aimed to strengthen participants’ skills in institutional planning, structured thinking, and transforming ideas into practical, decision-ready proposals.
The training was attended by 20 male and female employees, and was delivered by Dr. Othman Ali Hams, who presented practical methodologies and applied tools to support effective planning, improve proposal quality, and enhance institutional performance.
The programme focused on:
- Principles of smart and results-based institutional planning
- Developing persuasive and well-structured proposals
- Linking ideas to strategic decision-making processes
- Enhancing analytical and planning skills within public institutions
This training comes as part of STACO’s ongoing efforts to invest in human capital development, build institutional capacities, and support public sector staff with practical knowledge that contributes to improving service delivery and organisational efficiency.
