Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Foundation signs a cooperation agreement to support affected families from the city of Derna within the “Rent Allowance” project
Within the framework of enhancing social solidarity and providing effective solutions for affected families, the Programs Department at Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation (STACO) signed a cooperation agreement with the Civil Committee to Support the Derna Crisis to launch the “Rent Allowance” project, which aims to support 100 of the most needy families, as they were selected based on accurate evaluation criteria, and the implementation of this project extends for a period of six months, with the aim of alleviating the financial burdens on affected families.
The Chairman of the Derna Displaced Persons Committee, Mr. Azouz Muhammad Azouz and Mr. Mahmoud Al-Rifai, represented the signing of this agreement.
This partnership comes as a confirmation of the commitment of both parties to provide humanitarian assistance to support needy families to contribute to improving their living conditions, which enhances the ability of society to confront crises and overcome current challenges in a spirit of cooperation and transparency.
