Since its establishment, the Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Foundation has been taking the future planning of its work as a method and a platform, and the importance of upgrading educational and scientific relations had a share in it. The Libyan Center for Human Security, with the Vice-President of the Russian Council for Foreign Relations and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the Relations Officer in the Middle East and North Africa, Program Manager and Migration File Officer.
This meeting dealt with ways of joint cooperation in the scientific, research and social fields and their development in terms of holding seminars and conferences dealing with Libyan-Russian relations, and the possibility of helping Libya by positive intervention in the areas of development and support for the civil state in Libya, and opening new horizons to discuss international relations in the scientific field.
