On the second of April of each year, the world celebrates the World Autism Awareness Day.
This occasion was celebrated by the Sheikh Al-Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation – Sebha Office, in cooperation with the Will Autism Center and the Visa Training Center at the Happy Child Park.
The ceremony included activities that encouraged the children to communicate with those around them, and the lyrical and poetic paragraphs presented by the children of the Will Center encouraged them to interact and communicate, in addition to entertaining paragraphs in which the children, their parents, and teachers participated.
Autism is defined as a group of complex disorders in brain development that appear in early childhood. These disorders are characterized by the individual’s difficulties in interacting with and communicating with society, and limited and repetitive interests and activities.
