STACO Participates in the Balkan Humanitarian Organizations Capacity and Sustainability Development Forum

The Sheikh Al-Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation (STACO) participated in the Forum on Capacity and Sustainability Development for Humanitarian Organizations in the Balkan Region, organized by the Social Solidarity Foundation in partnership with the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (IDSB), Al-Uswah Foundation, and Qatar Charity, with the participation of several humanitarian and development organizations.

STACO was represented by Dr. Othman Hams, Director of Development and Human Resources, who took part in a number of panel discussions and workshops focused on enhancing institutional efficiency, capacity building, and experience exchange among humanitarian organizations operating in the region.
The forum aims to assess the current state of humanitarian work in the Balkans, build future cooperation frameworks, and strengthen partnerships that promote innovation and sustainability in humanitarian and development practices.
During his participation, Dr. Hams emphasized the importance of such gatherings in developing institutional capacities and fostering collaboration among international humanitarian actors, reaffirming STACO’s commitment to expanding its global partnerships and contributing to sustainable humanitarian initiatives inside and outside Libya.
This participation reflects STACO’s ongoing dedication to its humanitarian mission, striving to build effective partnerships and enhance the efficiency and impact of humanitarian work across communities in need.
