The Chairman of the Board of Directors participates in the ICVA General Assembly elections in Geneva
Mr. Salem Al-Qammoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi charity organization, participated in the elections for the General Assembly of the International Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations (ICVA), which was held in Geneva, Switzerland.
The participation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the ICVA elections is considered an important step towards strengthening global humanitarian work and enhancing cooperation between non-governmental organizations, and this participation confirms the commitment of the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi charity organization to participate in promoting global humanitarian work and supporting important humanitarian issues in our international community.
ICVA is also a global network that includes non-governmental organizations working to enhance humanitarian work and make it more effective and collective, as it brings together under its umbrella 160 organizations operating in 160 countries around the world since its founding in 1962 AD to achieve its mission of independent work and comprehensive humanitarian cooperation, and the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi charity organization is considered Charity is an important part of this global effort, playing an active role in supporting humanitarian causes and promoting global cooperation.
