Conclusion of a Training Course on Quality Management in the Healthcare Sector at the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation
On Thursday, the Human Resources Development and Training Department at the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation concluded a specialized training course titled “Introduction to Quality Management in the Healthcare Sector and the Application of Basic Standards.”
The two-day course, held at the Foundation’s headquarters and delivered by trainer Dr. Othman Ali Hames, primarily targeted directors of quality offices in the healthcare sector within the Ain Zara municipality, alongside several middle-management employees working in the same sector.
The event saw the participation of 25 trainees, organized in direct coordination with the Health Services Office of the Ain Zara municipality.
The training focused on equipping participants with practical fundamentals and modern concepts to ensure the implementation of the highest quality standards within healthcare facilities.
At the conclusion of the course, a ceremony was held to distribute certificates of attendance to all trainees, honoring their efforts and reaffirming the importance of continuous staff development to elevate the level of services provided.
This course is part of a series of training programs and initiatives adopted by the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation, stemming from its strategic vision aimed at achieving sustainable development and supporting vital service sectors.
