The Chairman of the Board of Directors receives the Chargé d’Affaires of the Qatari Embassy in Libya, His Excellency the Qatari Ahmed Al-Kubaisi, at the organization’s headquarters in Tripoli.
Mr. Salem Al-Qammoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi charity organization, received the Chargé d’Affaires of the Qatari Embassy in Libya, His Excellency Ahmed Al-Kubaisi, at the organization’s headquarters in the city of Tripoli.
The Chargé d’Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Al-Kubaisi, witnessed the distribution of food aid to displaced families from the city of Derna, within the framework of enhancing cooperation and supporting humanitarian efforts to help the displaced and the needy, and the organization’s commitment to providing the necessary support to local communities and alleviating the suffering of the displaced and those affected by humanitarian crises.
Mr. Salem Al-Qammoudi and His Excellency the Qatari Chargé d’Affairs also expressed their appreciation for the ongoing cooperation and their commitment to continuing joint work to help the most vulnerable groups and achieve sustainable development in the region.
These activities come within the framework of regional and international cooperation from some countries to work to alleviate the suffering of survivors and displaced people from natural disasters, in cooperation with The Sheikh Tahir Al-Zzawi charity organization.
