Operations Manager of STACO Discusses Ways to Enhance Humanitarian Cooperation with the Indian Ambassador in Tripoli
Tripoli, Libya — In a continuous effort to strengthen international partnerships and broaden the horizons of humanitarian work, a significant meeting was held in the capital, Tripoli, between Dr. Shukri Ibrahim Shukri, Operations Manager at the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Charity Foundation (STACO), and His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Libya, Dr. Hifzur Rahman.
The meeting focused on discussing mechanisms for joint coordination and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the Foundation and the Indian diplomatic mission in the fields of humanitarian and relief work. Both parties explored the possibility of exchanging expertise and supporting initiatives aimed at the most vulnerable groups, aligning with humanitarian response goals and international efforts to alleviate crises.
During the meeting, Dr. Shukri Ibrahim Shukri reviewed the prominent developmental and relief programs implemented by the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Foundation across various regions. For his part, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman praised the pioneering role played by the Sheikh Tahir Al-Zawi Foundation in the field of charitable and social work within Libya.
