Tangiers – Kingdom of Morocco
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer: Salem Al-Qamoudi, and the accompanying delegation of directors of the departments of the Foundation visited Dar Al-Hadith Al-Kattaniya in Tangiers, Kingdom of Morocco. This visit came to discuss ways of joint cooperation in the field of printing, publishing and other literary and cultural activities.
Dar al-Hadith al-Qataniah was established to revive Dar al-Hadith al-Qataniah in Fez, which was founded by Hafez al-Islam Sheikh Abd al-Hayy ibn Abd al-Kabir al-Qatani, from which generations of scholars and preachers to God Almighty have graduated.
This house, based in Lebanon and Morocco, is concerned with publishing the heritage of Al-Hafiz Abdul Hai Al-Kettani in particular, and what is related to him, and what is related to the heritage of his linen family, their students, and illustrated manuscripts from the abundant linen treasury…And this house is supervised by a group of scholars who are fond of the Sheikh and his sciences. This meeting brought them together By the Director-General of Dar Al-Hadith Al-Kattaniya, Dr.: Khaled Al-Sibai, who has more than one hundred and eighty books to date, and he also owns very rare manuscripts on Libya, and he has the library of the former Moroccan ambassador to Libya, Dr. Al-Hadi Al-Tazi and he has notes on his trip to Libya, he is the Moroccan politician, writer and historian .
