The ICVA coordinates annually a conference focusing on a specific topic. This year, I decided to take a critical and in-depth look at the “triangular relationship” between humanitarian action, development, and peace from the point of view of NGOs.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Charitable Foundation “STACO” and the Director of International Relations of the Foundation attended the annual global conference, which was held at the Geneva International Conference Center (CICG).
The conference brought together the voices of affected people, including refugees, international NGOs, civil society and non-traditional actors.

Provide suggestions for how to navigate the triad through good practice.

Implications for humanitarian operations (finance, capacity, principles, etc.).
